Kings Cross Station serves the east coast of England and on up to Edinburgh and eastern Scotland. The station was opened in 1852 and the station roof, the largest at the time, was supposedly modelled on the riding school of the Czars of Moscow. It is also rumoured that Queen Boudicaa is buried beneath platform 8. Over 40 million people pass through the station each year.Station Tel: 0207 922 4931.
